Week 13 Beginning Monday 10th September 2012:
Another kilogram down, feeling fantastic about insulin and glucose levels dropping so far, it's time to continue eating myself towards better health. So far, I haven't done any exercise or changed my life in any other way than diet, a few vatimin suppliments and being guided by great mentors ... from

Monday Breakfast:
My wife cooked up a nice breakfast again with a couple of lamb chops, a couple of slices of bacon, some fried mushroom and eschallots and 3 fried eggs.
Monday Lunch:
A nice tasty roast beef salad with roast beef, lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, carrot, kalamate olives, a little parmesan cheese, cracked pepper and a little caesar dressing.
Monday Dinner:
Herb roast chicken with baked butternut pumpkin, carrot a some creamed spinach.
