Week 12 Beginning Monday 3rd
September 2012:
Another kilogram down, feeling fantastic about insulin and glucose levels dropping so far, it's time to continue eating myself towards better health. So far, I haven't done any exercise or changed my life in any other way than diet, a few vatimin suppliments and being guided by great mentors ... from Nutrition Diagnostics.
Monday Breakfast:
Back to suffering those big, tasty home cooked breakfasts again this week, starting off with four eggs, feta and tasty cheese, doulbe cream scrambled eggs. plus some fried mushrooms, a tomato and the all important bacon.
Monday Lunch:
Roast Beef salad with roast beef, lettuce, gouda cheese, kalamta olives, chilli infused green olives and a little French Dressing.
Monday Dinner:
Tasty herb roasted chicken with potato, pumpkin, spinach and tasty cheese. Yum!
