Week 13 Beginning Monday 10th September 2012:
Another kilogram down, feeling fantastic about insulin and glucose levels dropping so far, it's time to continue eating myself towards better health. So far, I haven't done any exercise or changed my life in any other way than diet, a few vatimin suppliments and being guided by great mentors ... from

Thursday Breakfast:
A few tiny lamb chops, a couple of slices of bacon, a few fried mushrooms, two small grilled tomatoes and a couple of fried eggs.
Thursday Lunch:
Another server of my favourite hamburger soup with lots of beef mince, onion, celery, carrot and tinned tomatoes, with lots of yummy herbs and spices.
Thursday Dinner:
A nice, tender, full flavoured Porterhouse Steak with some trusty cauliflower and broccoli, plus a dollop of french butter and soft, gooey camembert cheese.
