Friday:
Week 20 Beginning Monday 29th October 2012:
25 kilograms down and the weight continues melt away little by little. Friday is "D" Day for for the final program blood tests, which will reveal just what has really been achieved over this quite remarkable 20 week journey. I already know we've cured my diabetes from the mid term tests, but I now have my fingers crossed that all areas of concern have blood markers moving in the right direction.
Week 20 "End of Program" Blood Tests this morning ... another 7 viles of blood taken and hopefully, some positive results in marker movement to be seen when we get the results in a few weeks.
Friday Breakfast:
I took the opportunity to have someone else make me breakfast again this morning after the blood tests. Kokomo's Coffee House & Cantina cooked me up the perfect breakfast with bacon, eggs, tomato and mushrooms. What a great way to start the day!
Friday Lunch:
Very tasty smoked chicken breast with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and a nice slice of French butter.
Friday Dinner:
Tender, juicy herb roasted chicken with baked carrot, pumpkin and my wife's yummy cheese sauce.
