Wednesday:
Week 22 Beginning Monday 12th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I think my weekend of drunken debauchery has taken it's toll on the steady weight loss stream, keeping the total loss at 26 kgs this week. At least it hasn't gone up.
Wednesday Breakfast:
Half an avocado with a tasty beef mince, tomato, onion and some tasty cheese bolognaise.
Wednesday Lunch:
Satay and Honey Soy Chicken Nibbles ... a tasty change.
Wednesday Dinner:
Roast chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, eschallots and tasty cheese.
