Thursday:
Week 21 Beginning Monday 5th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I was almost able to say 27kgs, but my little weekend bender added just enough to the scales to have to say 26, but I am still a very happy chappy losing a Kg a week. Back on the wagon again ... any extra from weekend indulgence will be gone in no time.
Thursday Breakfast:
On the road early, it was an excellent excuse to enjoy breakfast at Kokomo's Coffee House & Cantina this morning with bacon, eggs, tomato and mushroom on the menu.
Thursday Lunch:
On my way home from a photoshoot, it was the perfect excuse to get lunch at Kokomo's Coffee House & Cantina again and they dished up the perfect salad for my diet with a double helping of tasty corned beaf with lettuce, tomato, mushroom and a little cheddar cheese with a balsamic vinegar dressing. Yum.
Thursday Dinner:
Beef mince, red kidney beans, onion, some Mexican spices, tasty cheese, cauliflower, broccoli and carrot.
