Monday:
Week 22 Beginning Monday 12th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I think my weekend of drunken debauchery has taken it's toll on the steady weight loss stream, keeping the total loss at 26 kgs this week. At least it hasn't gone up.
Monday Breakfast:
Bolognaise with beef mince, tomato, onion, half an avocado and some tasty cheese.
Monday Lunch:
Roast beef and Dijon mustard salad with lettuce, tomato, eschallots, red cabbage, carrot and a little tasty cheese.
Monday Dinner:
Spicy Mexican beef mince with tasty cheese, red kidney beans, onion and tomato, plus some cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, green beans and a nice slice of French butter.
