Sunday:
Week 21 Beginning Monday 5th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I was almost able to say 27kgs, but my little weekend bender added just enough to the scales to have to say 26, but I am still a very happy chappy losing a Kg a week.  Back on the wagon again ... any extra from weekend indulgence will be gone in no time.

Sunday Breakfast:
Breakfast at Kokomo's Coffee House & Cantina this morning with bacon, eggs, mushroom, tomato, sausage and a hash brown.  Shhhh on the hash brown OK.

Sunday Lunch:
Hot box serve yourself Chinese at the Westfield Chermside food court, but good flavour considering.  I had a little Satay Chicken, Mongolian Beef and some Chicken Curry.

Sunday Dinner:
Tender, juicy, succulent herb and mustard roast lamb with baked pumpkin, carrots, plus some creamy spinach.
