Saturday:
Week 21 Beginning Monday 5th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I was almost able to say 27kgs, but my little weekend bender added just enough to the scales to have to say 26, but I am still a very happy chappy losing a Kg a week.  Back on the wagon again ... any extra from weekend indulgence will be gone in no time.

Saturday Breakfast:
On the road early this morning for my wife to have her Insulin Blood Test taken, we stopped in at the Coffee Club Aspley for breakfast and we both had the Chef's Special Spanish Omelette with light and fluffy eggs, potato, charizo sausage, onion, marinated capsicum, cheese, rocket lettuce and a tomato roasted with balsamic glaze.  A very nice way to start the day.

Saturday Lunch:
Out and about today, we ended up at Nando's Buranda where I had half of the Two's a Party Platter with a quarter chicken, tenderloin and thigh fillet, with a nice little side salad of lettuce, capsicum, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegarette.

Saturday Dinner:
On the way home we stopped in at Thai O'Shea Aspley for a truly beautiful meal.  They really know what flavour is here and the food is truly awesome.  We shared a couple of Satay Chicken Skewers for an entrĂ©e.

We shared some Massman Beef Curry for the main course.

We also shared some tender steak with the Chef's Special Sauce for the main course.
