Wednesday:
Week 21 Beginning Monday 5th November 2012:
26 kilograms down and I was almost able to say 27kgs, but my little weekend bender added just enough to the scales to have to say 26, but I am still a very happy chappy losing a Kg a week.  Back on the wagon again ... any extra from weekend indulgence will be gone in no time.

Wednesday Breakfast:
Beef mince, red kidney beans and onion, with some Mexican spices, half an avocado, tasty cheese and a dollop of Melany Cuisine's Spicy Tomato Sauce.

Wednesday Lunch:
Another tasty herb and mustard roast Lamb salad with lettuce, carrot, celery, red cabbage, tasty and parmesan cheese, plus a little bacon.

Wednesday Dinner:
My wife cooked up a very tasty omelette this evening, with pancetta, bacon, mushroom, onion, eschallots, tasty cheese and double cream.
