Friday:
Week Eight beginning Monday 6th August 2012:
Straying from the diet over the long weekend has cost me 3kgs on the scales this morning, so it will have to be back to basics this week to get back on track.

Friday Breakfast:
lamb chops, 2 fried eggs, a grilled tomato and some yummy fried onions and eschallots.

Friday Lunch:
My wife made me an awesome salad with boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, avocado, turkey, bacon and a little Caesar dressing.  Very nice indeed.

Friday Dinner:
Had a cheat's dinner ... 3 pieces of KFC chicken with a small potato and gravy and a coleslaw.  Photo courtesy of google because mine looked disgusting.

Friday Late Night Olympic Snack:
Some honey covered popcorn, just 50g.
