Tuesday:
Week Eight beginning Monday 6th August 2012:
Straying from the diet over the long weekend has cost me 3kgs on the scales this morning, so it will have to be back to basics this week to get back on track.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Another tasty omelette with 4 eggs, bacon, onion, mushroom, grape tomatos and some tasty cheese.
Tuesday Lunch:
Hungarian Salami and Tasty Cheese.
Tuesday Dinner:
Awesome tender, juicy, succulent roast lamb with cauliflower and broccoli.
