Saturday:
Week Eight beginning Monday 6th August 2012:
Straying from the diet over the long weekend has cost me 3kgs on the scales this morning, so it will have to be back to basics this week to get back on track.
Saturday Breakfast:
Triple cheese and onion scrambled eggs with onion, cream, feta, tasty and parmesan cheese scrambled eggs, plus some bacon, lamb chops and a grilled tomato.
Saturday Lunch:
We felt like something different today and were very diappointed with food from "Salsas Fresh Mex Grill" in Westfield Chermides's Food Court. I had a Baja Steak Bowl with grilled steak, onion, capsicum, coriander and lime rice, salsa freska, sour cream, southwest sauce and lettuce, with a couple of corn chips.
Saturday Dinner:
Some awesome home cooked roast chicken, with cauliflower, broccoli and my wife's yummy 2 cheese sauce.
