Wednesday:
Week Eight beginning Monday 6th August 2012:
Straying from the diet over the long weekend has cost me 3kgs on the scales this morning, so it will have to be back to basics this week to get back on track.
Wednesday Breakfast:
Back to a hearty home breakfast with 4 eggs, bacon, onion, mushroom and tomatoes.
Wednesday Lunch:
Bolognese with parmesan, beef mince, onion, tomato, herbs and spices.
Wednesday Dinner:
Superb roast lamb, broccoli and cauliflower.
