Sunday:
Week Seven beginning Monday 30th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Sunday Breakfast:
We got to the Karma Waters Restaurant at Mooloolaba 15mins too late for their breakfast menu this morning and got told rather rudely that we should have got out of bed 15mins earlier then shouldn't we ... so we left and got met with a welcome smile from the staff at the Cracked Pepper Restaurant Bar and Grill at Mooloolaba. Sure, our breakfast menu finished 15mins ago too, but we'll still make you breakfast ... so an awesome big brekky was had at this morning with bacon, 2 eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomato and a slice of gluten free toast.
Sunday Lunch:
Some super fresh battered Dory, a little calamari, a couple of crumbed prawn cutlets and a homemade potato scallop.
Sunday Afternoon:
Wait for it ... A Protein Muffin. I even took a pic of the sign to prove it.

Sunday Dinner:
It'sbeen a great weekend and I do hope I'm not going to pay for it too hard when I get on the scales on Tuesday, but we just had to try the famous Capone's which is right on the corner near where we're staying.
We had two different pizza's and shared half and half, but neither of us made it to the end. Doggy bag please! I ordered the "Brando" with mozzarella, naploi, ham, bacon, meatballs, pepperoniu and bbq sauce, Kathy ordered the "Bootleggers" with mozzarella, napoli, onion, spaghetti bolognese and bacon. Very tasty, great service and well priced.
