Wednesday:
Week Seven beginning Monday 30th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Wednesday Breakfast:
My wife made me a lovely omelette again this morning, with 4 eggs, cheese, cream, extra smoky bacon, mushroom, onion and tomato.
Wednesday Lunch:
A tasty salad with roast beef, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, olives and feta cheese.
Wednesday Dinner:
Hamburger soup with beef mince, carrot, celery, onion, tomato, herbs and spices. Nice.
