Thursday:
Week 9 Beginning Monday 13th August 2012:
It only took 2 days to shed the 3kgs of last weekend's indulgence, so very pleased with that outcome, it's back to the regular diet this week to keep the numbers going down.

Thursday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with 3 eggs, feta cheese and eschallots, plus three Lamb chops and a grilled tomato along side some fried onion and mushroom.

Thursday Lunch:
Roast Mint Lamb, with broccoli and cauliflower.

Thursday Dinner:
Singapore Chicken Laksa with Chicken, bok choy, broccoli and carrots, lots of coconut cream, a bunch of herbs and spices, plus a healthy wallop of chilli oil.  Yummo!
