Sunday:
Week Eight beginning Monday 6th August 2012:
Straying from the diet over the long weekend has cost me 3kgs on the scales this morning, so it will have to be back to basics this week to get back on track.
Sunday Breakfast:
Some juicy lamb chops cooked to perfection, a couple of slices of bacon and two eggs with some grilled mushroom and eschallots. Just what the doctor ordered.
Sunday Lunch:
While shopping at Westfield Chermside, I just felt like a Japanese Curry and as I know it comes served with half a kilo of rice, I decided just to eat the chicken curry sauce with crunchy fried chicken and red pickles, then have a side of lemon chicken ... with real lemon.
Sunday Dinner:
Some Moroccan spiced roast chicken, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach.
Sunday Late Night Olympic Snack:
Some honey covered popcorn, just 50g.
