Wednesday:
Week 9 Beginning Monday 13th August 2012:
It only took 2 days to shed the 3kgs of last weekend's indulgence, so very pleased with that outcome, it's back to the regular diet this week to keep the numbers going down.
Wednesday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with tasty cheese and a couple of slices of bacon, half an onion and some mushroom.
Wednesday Lunch:
Juicy Roast Lamb, with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Tuesday Dinner:
One of my favourite soups ... Singapore Chicken Laksa with Chicken, bok choy, broccoli and carrots, lots of coconut cream, a bunch of herbs and spices, plus a healthy wallop of chilli oil. Yummo! I've made a big batch in the slow cooker so I can have some again tomorrow and maybe even get a lunch out of it.
