Tuesday:
Week 9 Beginning Monday 13th August 2012:
It only took 2 days to shed the 3kgs of last weekend's indulgence, so very pleased with that outcome, it's back to the regular diet this week to keep the numbers going down.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Double Creamy 4 egg scrambled eggs with feta cheese, a couple of slices of bacon, plus some onion, mushroom and eschallots.
Tuesday Lunch:
Roast Beef salad, with roast chicken, lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes, mushroom, eschallots and olives.
Tuesday Dinner:
No it's not breakfast ... just felt like lamb chops, a couple of eggs and some mushrooms ... because we love it.
