Monday:
Week 9 Beginning Monday 13th August 2012:
It only took 2 days to shed the 3kgs of last weekend's indulgence, so very pleased with that outcome, it's back to the regular diet this week to keep the numbers going down.

Monday Breakfast:
Something a little different this morning with Turkey, Bacon, mushroom and eschallots with some nice, creamy scrambled eggs.

Monday Lunch:
Chicken salad, with roast chicken, lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes, mushroom, eschallots and olives.

Monday Dinner:
Succulent, juicy, mint roast lamb with cauliflower, broccoli, spinach and cheese sauce.
