Friday:
Week Seven beginning Monday 30th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Friday Breakfast:
A Coffe Club BigBreakfast with steak, saussages,bacon, scrambled eggs, mushroom, tomato and even a hash brown.
Friday Lunch:
Asian Chicken Salad with chicken, cashew, lettuce, carrot, bean sprouts and a nice asian dressing from the Karma Waters Restaurant at Mooloolaba.
Friday Afternoon:
Something totally naughty ... an awesomly delicious coffee tower and as the photo speaks for itself, it was just plain bad, I mean good, I mean bad.
Friday Dinner:
A good old fashioned rump steak with just a few chips and a lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber and onion salad from the Alex Heads Surf Club. All washed down with a nice Merlot.
Friday Nightcap:
A couple of Smirnoff Ice Double Blacks for a nightcap while catching up on some Olympic highlights.
