Thursday:
Week Eight beginning Monday 6th August 2012:
Straying from the diet over the long weekend has cost me 3kgs on the scales this morning, so it will have to be back to basics this week to get back on track.

Thursday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with the lot ... 4 eggs, bacon, onion, mushroom and feta cheese.

Thursday Lunch:
A hearty hamburger soup with beef mince, tomato, onion, carrot, celery and lots of herbs and spices.

Thursday Dinner:
Juicy roast chicken with broccoli, cauliflower and Kathy's cheese sauce.  Yum.
