Week Seven beginning Monday 30th July 2012:
Again this week, I'm trying to work on the principals and measurements of the first weeks strict diet, just swapping some similar ingredients to give me some variety.
Thursday Breakfast:
My wife made some nice cheesy scrambled eggs this moring with fetta, cmanbert and tasty cheese, a grilled tomato and smoked ham steak.
Thursday Lunch:
Tom Yum Soup with chilli, prawns,chilli, bok choy, chilli and more chilli. My lips are burning.
Thursday Dinner:
Trusty hamburger soup again with beef mince, carrot, celery, onion, tomato, herbs and spices..
