Friday:
Week 38 Beginning Monday 4th March 2013:
Holding steady at an average of 35kgs down, it does seem to be fluctuating up and down about a kilogram all throughout the week, but remains stable.


Friday Breakfast:
Simple scrambled eggs, with feta cheese, bacon, onion, eschallots, a sprinkle of parsely and a drizzle of Worcestershire sauce.



Friday Lunch:
Some left over herb and mustard roast lamb with a dollop of English mustard, plus a little left over roast chicken salad with bacon, lettuce, pickled onions, gherkins, cashews and some grated tasty cheddar cheese with a little Caesar dressing.


Friday Afternoon Snack:
Home made and diet approved almond and date cookies ... nice.


Friday Dinner:
Herb roast chicken with cauliflower, broccoli, eschallots and a nice garlic cream.
