Thursday:
Week 38 Beginning Monday 4th March 2013:
Holding steady at an average of 35kgs down, it does seem to be fluctuating up and down about a kilogram all throughout the week, but remains stable.
Thursday Breakfast:
Beef mince omelette with eggs, double cream, eschallots, beef mince, onion, red kidney beans and some fried mushrooms on the side.
Thursday Lunch:
Roast chicken salad with bacon, lettuce, pickled onions, gherkins, cashews and some grated tasty cheddar cheese with a little Caesar dressing.
Thursday Dinner:
Stir fried chicken with baby cashew nuts, baby corn, carrots, celery, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower.
