Tuesday:
Week 38 Beginning Monday 4th March 2013:
Holding steady at an average of 35kgs down, it does seem to be fluctuating up and down about a kilogram all throughout the week, but remains stable.
Tuesday Breakfast:
Bacon, eggs, baked beans, mushroom, and tomato.
Tuesday Lunch:
A nice, spicy chicken Laksa with chilli.
Tuesday Dinner:
Tender herb roast lamb cooked in mustard with a nice lettuce, tomato, gherkin, pickled onion, tomato and Australian smoked cheese salad.
