Thursday:
Week 39 Beginning Monday 11th March 2013:
Still holding steady, still fluctuating up and down a kilogram almost daily, but at least it's not going up. I am still 35kgs down from where I started, but am looking forward to seeing the scales start falling again.
Thursday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with bacon, tomato, double cream and eschallots, plus to fried mushrooms and a couple of little lamb chops.
Thursday Lunch:
Struggling to get everything done so we can get out of here tomorrow for a few days, my wife picked me up some crispy chicken strips from KFC on the way home ...
Thursday Dinner:
Another tender, juicy porterhouse steak, cooked to perfection with a salad of lettuce, tomato, smoked Australian cheese, pickled gherkins and pickled onions.
