Monday:
Week 38 Beginning Monday 4th March 2013:
Holding steady at an average of 35kgs down, it does seem to be fluctuating up and down about a kilogram all throughout the week, but remains stable.
Monday Breakfast:
Another lovely breakfast at Kokomo's Coffee House & Cantina again. Bacon, eggs, mushroom, and tomato.
Monday Lunch:
I had "Bangers and Mash" with snow peas, beans, carrots, Chinese cabbage, bok choy, squash and zucchini for lunch at the Albany Creek Tavern today.
Monday Dinner:
Oven roasted lemon herb chicken with broccoli and bok choy drizzled in garlic butter.
