Monday:
Week 39 Beginning Monday 11th March 2013:
Still holding steady, still fluctuating up and down a kilogram almost daily, but at least it's not going up. I am still 35kgs down from where I started, but am looking forward to seeing the scales start falling again.
Monday Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with double brie cheese and chives, bacon, tomato and mushrooms.
Monday Lunch:
Herb and mustard roast lamb with cauliflower, carrots and broccoli.
Monday Dinner:
Absolutely beautiful, perfectly cooked, tender, juicy prime rib roast, with a little backed pumpkin and some broccoli. Yum.
