Wednesday:
Week 39 Beginning Monday 11th March 2013:
Still holding steady, still fluctuating up and down a kilogram almost daily, but at least it's not going up. I am still 35kgs down from where I started, but am looking forward to seeing the scales start falling again.
Wednesday Breakfast:
Very tasty double cream and eschallot scrambled eggs, with bacon, tomato and onion fried in some Italian herbs served on top.
Wednesday Lunch:
leg ham, asparagus and a nice salad of lettuce, tomato, eschallots, beetroot, goats cheese, pickled onions and gherkins.
Wednesday Dinner:
Tasty lamb chops with spinach, broccoli and a nice slice of French butter.
