Wednesday:
Week 38 Beginning Monday 4th March 2013:
Holding steady at an average of 35kgs down, it does seem to be fluctuating up and down about a kilogram all throughout the week, but remains stable.

Wednesday Breakfast:
A double cream and eschallots scrambled egg sandwich with bacon, onion and tomato with tomato paste filling.  Yum!


Wednesday Lunch:
A really tasty ham salad with lettuce, tomato, eschallots, gherkins, pickled onions and nice feta stuffed chilli.



Wednesday Dinner:
Some lovely herb roast chicken, a bacon stuffed giant mushroom and broccoli with a dollop of garlic cream.
