Friday:
Week 37 Beginning Monday 25th February 2013:
My weight is still fluctuating up and down about 1 kilogram all week, but I seem to be holding fast at 35kgs down, tipping the scales at 155kgs.  Again I say, at least it's not going up and remembering that this is NOT a weight loss diet, rather a healthy eating lifestyle change, every kilo is a bonus.

Friday Breakfast:
Another awesome omelette this morning with ham, a little bacon, tomato, eschallots, assorted Mexican cheeses, double cream and tomato.



Friday Lunch:
Ham and mild sopressa salami, with a nice lettuce, tomato, capsicum, eschallot, avocado, and cucumber salad with a nice home made olive oil, garlic, balsamic and honey dressing.




Friday Dinner:
Tender herb and mustard roast lamb with baked potato, carrots, some spinach and a little garlic sour cream.




Friday Desert:
Some amazingly creamy home made ice cream.  This is soooo much better than the bought stuff.
