Sunday:
Week 37 Beginning Monday 25th February 2013:
My weight is still fluctuating up and down about 1 kilogram all week, but I seem to be holding fast at 35kgs down, tipping the scales at 155kgs.  Again I say, at least it's not going up and remembering that this is NOT a weight loss diet, rather a healthy eating lifestyle change, every kilo is a bonus.

Sunday Breakfast:
A great big, hearty home made breakfast of lamb chops, bacon, mushrooms, eschallots, cherry tomatoes and double cream scrambled eggs.

Sunday Lunch:
A lazy afternoon lunch of mild sopressa salami with some tomato and eschallots in a tasty vinegar salsa   Plus a feta filled chilli ... yum.

Sunday mid-afternoon snack:
A little slice of home-made orange cheese cake with a daub of double cream and some approved, home made ice cream.

Sunday Dinner:
Just not hungry this evening after having a lazy day at home, we enjoyed a few Moroccan spiced drumsticks all by themselves.
